  • Chiller Plant Room design
  • AutoCAD 2D and RIVET 3D modeling
  • HVAC Heat Load calculations
  • BOQ Estimation and Costing
  • Pipe design concepts
  • Electrical distribution design knowledge
  • Compliance with local codes

Nice-to-have

  • Energy analysis knowledge
  • Equipment selection and chiller submittals
  • Knowledge of AHRI, ASHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, LEED codes
  • Good team player
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Ability to travel locally

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Chiller Plant Room design
  • Overall 6+ years HVAC industry experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and RIVET
  • Experience with HVAC Heat Load using HAP and manual methods
  • Knowledge of major HVAC equipment technical data sheets
  • Ability to design plant rooms independently
  • Preferred BE/ME Mechanical degree
