The role requires managing staff performance, approving time-sheets, and ensuring the department adheres to strict safety, environmental, and FDA regulatory standards.

Salary
Base: $77,550 - $113,740; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program included; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, 10 days holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years in manufacturing maintenance
High School Graduate with post-secondary education
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Experience coordinating contractor work
Ability to execute preventive maintenance programs
