Manage the client retainer and project budgets, opening service portal tickets and working closely with the design and development teams to ensure scope is managed effectively.
Assist with project-based documentation such as SOWs, cost estimates, timing plans ensuring they follow agency process.

Key Requirements
2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar digital / web project management role
Experience managing hosting and maintenance contracts
Experience working with CMS and technology tools / suppliers such as Jira, Umbraco, AWS, data and analytics tools etc.
