Job Summary

• The Business Architecture & Programme Lead is responsible for shaping and delivering the future‑state Operations architecture across LBUs, while driving large‑scale transformation through strong programme management, change leadership, and execution of the Ops AI strategy.
• This role partners closely with Group, GTO and LBU teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment from strategy to delivery, with clear benefits realisation and sustainable change.
