Job Summary

  • Lead to develop the overall product proposition from customer needs, its core benefit and payoff with its clear differentiation.
  • Take full ownership in all insurance product marketing initiatives including but not limited to new product launches and product revamps, development of product collateral, translation and layout of product selling guide, portfolio factsheets and relevant regulatory disclosures to customers.
  • Work collaboratively internally with key stakeholders (including Distribution, Product Development, Bank Marketing, Legal and Compliance of respective sales channels, Finance, Actuarial teams) to manage smooth execution of initiatives in product marketing and Insurance proposition and distribution strategies.
