Job Summary

• The Superintendent, R&D & Sustainability Agriculture position will lead agricultural research and sustainability initiatives to improve crop performance, ensure environmental compliance, and support the integration of innovative, data‑driven practices across field operations.
• Develop and implement environmental sustainability programs aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements, promoting soil conservation, water management, biodiversity protection, and climate‑smart agriculture.
• Supervise the day‑to‑day activities of technicians and field teams, contributing to budgeting, resource planning, and cost control for R&D and sustainability projects.
