Job Summary

• Prepares regular and specialty meals and snacks for program participants and staff in accordance with Kansas Department of Education Child and Adult Care Food Program guidelines.
• Ensures proper food storage, regularly cleans and inspects kitchen equipment, and documents food and refrigerator temperatures.
• This position requires the ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment, use a personal computer, and communicate frequently with program staff and participants.
