Essential duties include participating in policy development, ensuring staff compliance, managing personnel functions, and overseeing nursing care functions to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
The role requires attending committee meetings, participating in staff development, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met throughout the nursing service department.
