Job Summary

  • This is a strategic role within the Resource team, supporting the delivery of Major Projects through the building and deployment of an integrating capability team members from all Lot Partners using the principle of Most Appropriate Person.
  • Working with Lot Partner organisations you will be responsible for implementing a collaborative programmatic approach to talent building and development for the capability including succession plans.
