The Patient Education Consultant is responsible for patient acquisition, assistance, and retention for clean intermittent catheterization needs, identifying business opportunities, and direct contact with healthcare professionals.
Provide in-person and personalized education to users of intermittent urinary catheters, promoting self-care, safety, and treatment adherence in alignment with the Convatec me+ program.
Conduct medical visits to professionals in specialties such as Urofisiatría, Cirugía, Urología, Nefrología, Fisiatría, Neurología, among others, for educational support and strategic positioning of solutions.
