Job Summary

  • This role serves as the operational anchor, splitting time between strategic planning and on-site leadership to set up company frameworks from the ground up.
  • The candidate will be responsible for drafting Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) and ensuring all activities meet MOM 2026 safety standards.
  • You will partner directly with the Business Owner to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and create training programs for migrant workers.
