Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while monitoring their condition.
The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, including reporting all accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or unauthorized access to information systems.
