Job Summary

  • Organize and conduct physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation, directing client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
  • Establish a plan of care to address identified impairments, set objective and measurable short and long term treatment goals, and use evidence-based treatment methods, continuously assessing patient’s response and modifying/progressing treatments accordingly.
  • Ensure that clients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, which recognizes the individual’s needs and rights.
