The role involves identifying participant needs, addressing behavioral issues, and collaborating with staff to ensure a positive experience for all attendees

Job Summary

  • Responsible for monitoring the emotional well-being of all participants and staff.
  • Assist with adjustment issues and separation anxiety, and provide support to staff dealing with participant behavior.
  • Work closely with the nurse to monitor the overlap of physical and emotional wellbeing of participants and be available to respond to crisis situations.
