Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as a Quality Manager
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, software engineering, quality management, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations
  • Experience in performing audits and leading improvement initiatives
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification (nice to have)
