Job Summary
The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family while directing other members of the patient care team.
The unit specializes in burn care while also housing post-surgical patients from specialties including Plastic Surgery, Urology, and Gynecology.
Nurses can undergo additional advanced training to work in the burn procedural room completing complex interventions for highly acute patients.
