The ESD Central Team Senior Marketing Consultant role supports Marketing Managers in the development of dealer specific Growth Plans with scope in machine, technology and aftermarket services.
The role involves working in collaboration with Caterpillar and Dealer teams through deep data analysis identifying priority customer segments, problem statements, root causes, potential solutions, and ultimately supporting the creation of a granular execution plan, which will lead to robust governance and growth over the next 3-5 years.
