GE Vernova is seeking a Sr. Wind Hub Technician to support their growing onshore wind power capacity in Wyoming. Job Summary

  • The Wind Technician is a critical and active role to maintain optimal function and output at the wind site by working daily on turbine operations, required maintenance, safety, quality control and warranty repair(s).
  • As the Sr. Wind Hub Technician, you will work with site leadership to execute contractual obligations per customer requirements and activities set forth with daily, which include any portion of the electrical and mechanical equipment used in the GE wind turbine generator.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 year(s) experience as a Wind Technician or Wind Mechanic
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience inclusive of hydraulic, electrical
  • Passing a Technical Knowledge Assessment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift repetitive weight of up to 45 lbs. unassisted and climb towers of 300+ feet regularly
  • Understand electrical schematic drawings, technical manuals, procedures, and regulations
