Job Summary

  • As a Sr Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will use your skills to support the Operations team by operating, inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results.
  • You will perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
  • In addition to developing your skills, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior technicians to develop their roles.
