** Pfizer is seeking a Manager for its U.S. Commercial Associate Rotational Program Lead, responsible for developing and managing early-career talent in the U.S. Commercial business. The role includes program design, talent development, and collaboration with senior leaders to align with business needs. **

Job Summary

  • This role owns the end‑to‑end operational execution of the rotational program, including program architecture, intern-to-full‑time conversion strategy, onboarding, rotation and workforce planning, career progression, performance measurement, and program governance.
  • The Manager, U.S. Commercial Associate Rotational Program Lead will serve as the manager and coach for up to 30+ rotational associates, setting the strategic vision and culture for inclusion, development, and high performance.
  • As a trusted partner to senior Commercial leaders, People Experience (PX), and Early Talent Recruiting, this role ensures alignment between talent strategy and evolving business needs, while strengthening Pfizer’s external brand as the employer of choice for early‑career marketing talent.

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience
  • Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience
  • PhD with 0+ years of experience
  • Associate's degree with 8 years of experience
  • High school diploma with 10 years of experience
  • Experience in designing and leading early career or rotational programs
  • Experience in early talent recruiting or pipeline development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Proven project management and execution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
