Job Summary

Provide subject matter expertise on compensation, fair pay, benefits and wellbeing programs, and provide insightful analysis, advice and innovative solutions.
Manage and participate in regional or global projects, together with other members of the International C&B community, and act as a subject matter expert for assigned C&B categories at the regional level.
