Job Summary

  • This role manages Transportation Managers and ensures a department culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements, best-in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations.
  • Achieve all safety, service, and cost targets in the Transportation department, champion safety procedures, and oversee and develop Transportation Managers through one-on-one coaching and training.
  • This opportunity offers a competitive starting salary of $115k+, depending on experience, plus a 15% annual bonus, and includes full benefits starting on day one.
