Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for leading and evolving the U-Skill program, an initiative designed to help employees build critical skills for their roles and support continuous career growth across the organization.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of U-Skill, defining and standardizing the framework across BEES (Tech & Commercial) and leading the development of a new assessment platform.
  • Partner with the Communications team for clear messaging and act as a key collaborator across Business, HRBPs, and Capabilities to enable alignment and speed.
