Job Summary

  • Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
  • Responsible to ensure all regulatory compliance related for Indian listed entity around statutory audits, internal control and audits, related party compliance, transfer pricing compliance are completed timely, efficiently and in compliance with the country regulatory requirements.
  • This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Statutory related to India listed entity regulations and having CA professional degree with 8 to 10 years of working experience.
