Must-have

  • Deep understanding of Real Estate PE and Private Debt structures
  • Experience reviewing NAV calculations and performance fees
  • Knowledge of IFRS, Lux GAAP, and German GAAP standards
  • Ability to manage external fund administrators and custodians
  • Proficiency with AIFMD, INREV, and BaFin regulatory filings

Nice-to-have

  • German language proficiency
  • INREV experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
  • Experience with Investran or Yardi systems
  • Continuous improvement and automation mindset

Key Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant, CPA, or ACCA qualification required
