Job Summary
The Sales Manager (Mining) is responsible for driving Order Entry (OE) and Service revenue growth across the APAC mining market, with strong focus on repower opportunities, fleet expansion programmes, and long-term service agreements.
This role acts as the first point of contact for key mining customers, working end-to-end across customer needs and internal coordination, ensuring commercial excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with RRPS processes and guidelines.
Working closely with internal stakeholders (Sales & Service Centres, Distributors, Engineering, Service Operations, Parts, Controlling, Legal, Export Control), the Sales Manager leads commercial engagement from opportunity development through offer creation, negotiation, execution setup, and ongoing customer relationship management.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record in delivering revenue targets
Strong experience in key account management
Experience engaging with customers in remote environments
Experience in APAC regional sales coverage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
