  • Delinear, coordenar, planejar e supervisionar tarefas, promovendo a melhoria e aceleração dos processos nas etapas de Planejamento e Definição de Estratégia, Preparação da Contratação, Contratação e Gestão Contratual.
  • Monitorar e corrigir desvios com antecedência necessária para evitar impactos nos processos.
  • Desenvolver estratégias e indicadores (KPI) para os processos de contratação tecnológica, realizando medições e melhorias.
