Job Summary
Lead, mentor and develop a team of planners and analysts managing large amounts of data, collaborating with IT to develop efficient and effective analytical tools and reports for planners/merchandisers to determine growth opportunities that align with corporate goals.
Manage large scale data processing and strategic analysis to improve forecast accuracy, process efficiency and growth opportunities identification through continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with merchandising team and partners to identify sales and inventory optimization while offering guidance and support for growth strategies spanning subsidiaries and distributor retail and wholesale accounts.
