Job Summary

• As an Account Manager Distributor, you will take full entrepreneurial responsibility for selected distribution partners in Germany and potentially the entire DACH cluster, aiming to profitably develop the Castrol business and sustainably strengthen distribution in the car workshop segment.
• Your responsibilities include strategic business development, sales and forecast management, performance steering, commercial responsibility, distribution and channel management, operational excellence, governance and compliance, and relationship management.
