Ferring is seeking a Deputy Director for its Medical Affairs department in the Reproductive Health division in China. The role involves leading a team focused on medical communication, strategy development, and managing clinical studies, requiring extensive experience in medical affairs, particularly in Gynecology and Obstetrics

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading MA&MSL team for assigned therapeutic area that steers the medical communication to key opinion leader and customers, thus leveraging the spread of knowledge and reputation of Ferring and its products.
  • The position is also responsible for steering the strategic medical business focus and ensuring therapeutic area medical affairs team management, such as coaching, talent development, performance management as well as persistent process optimization.
  • Supervises, develops and manages Phase IV studies and IIT and ensures that proposals are aligned with medical objectives within Ferring locally and globally.
