  • Manage a team of professional-level learning and development specialists who deliver Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety classroom training, including certification training required by the FAA.
  • Provide ongoing developmental feedback, promote employee recognition, and build a departmental culture that improves employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.
