Job Summary

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients and perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Salary

Base: $17.75 - $25.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, ESPP (for >20 hrs/week)

Key Requirements

• 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Be at least 21 years’ old
