Must-have
6+ years senior commercial leadership experience
3-4 years proven people management experience
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian healthcare ecosystem
Strong relationships with Ministry of Health
Experience with public and private funding mechanisms
Proven ability to execute country-specific sales strategies
Nice-to-have
Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Understanding of molecular diagnostics sales process
Strong analytical capability and finance background
Ability to navigate public tenders and donor programs
Experience in matrix and multi-stakeholder environments
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years in senior commercial or country leadership role
University degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, or related field
Demonstrated experience within the Tanzanian healthcare market
At least 3-4 years of people management experience
