Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Agile processes and Scrum practices
  • software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans
  • Proficiency in SQL or any database language
  • test planning, test case design, and defect management
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#
  • test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)

Nice-to-have

  • performance and/or security testing
  • refactoring and extending automation frameworks
  • Appian/Powerapps or any BPM platform
  • ISTQB Certified Tester certification

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing or development
  • solid understanding of STLC, coding, and debugging
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git)
