Job Summary

  • As the Plant's Mechanical Lead you shall be responsible for leading a team and managing the full Mechanical scope, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, supporting planned activities and outages, as well as the implementation of tools and systems.
  • Ensuring that all works on site are performed in accordance with the contract, the station's technical specifications and local regulations, and in adherence to high EHS and quality standards.
  • The role requires managing and training a team of Mechanical technicians and Subcontractors, providing continuous maintenance support, and planning/executing ongoing maintenance activities.
