Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or project management
5+ years of management experience
Experience leading Lean/Six Sigma projects
Project Management experience on complex projects
Working experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle
Lean and/or Six Sigma certification(s)
Proven direct and indirect experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience working in a union environment is a plus
