The Operations Training Leader oversees the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that ensure workforce capability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across chemical manufacturing plants.
This role partners closely with plant leadership, EHS, Quality, and HR to build a strong learning culture that advances safety, technical proficiency, leadership development, and career pathways within the organization.
The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $155,890.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
