Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
The role requires active participation in developing policies, conducting staff training, and leading quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Candidates must possess an active RN license, at least two years of experience preferably in long-term care, and training in rehabilitative nursing practices.
