Must-have
6-8 years supplier quality experience
Ferrous castings and forgings expertise
APQP PPAP FMEA core tools proficiency
IATF 16949 ISO 9001 standards knowledge
Precision machined components manufacturing
Nice-to-have
Lead Auditor certification in IATF 16949
Lean Six Sigma VAVE methodology exposure
International supplier audit experience
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Data analysis and quality reporting skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
6-8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance
Proficiency in GD&T and measurement techniques like CMM
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
