Must-have

  • Operate hypobaric and hyperbaric chambers
  • Conduct physiological training lectures
  • Perform medical monitoring during testing
  • Basic Life Support first responder
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Perform chamber equipment maintenance

Key Requirements

  • Active military eligible for Skillbridge program
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years related experience or 10 years equivalent
  • Graduate of Army, Navy, or Air Force Aerospace Physiology specialist course
  • 3 years practical aerospace physiology teaching experience
  • Pass NASA Lock Observer physical examinations
  • EMT-Basic certification with Texas licensure within 12 months (desired)
