Job Summary
Lead a team of process engineers responsible for maintaining, improving, and developing manufacturing processes for propulsion systems.
Manage day-to-day activities of the engineering team, including setting objectives, managing results, and evaluating/coaching individual performance.
Interface with plant site personnel, central ME personnel, and product engineers on new programs/projects to support business plan deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
7+ years in manufacturing engineering role

Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) principles
