  • In this hands on role, you will repair, troubleshoot and install machinery and equipment using various tools and/or equipment.

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Journeyperson Millwright (Red Seal)
  • Understanding of Lock Out / Tag Out Procedures
  • 5 years of experience in Heavy Industrial Plant Maintenance
  • Experience using all types of tools & equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to read mechanical blueprints
  • Aptitude for hydraulic & pneumatic system components
  • Ability to read P&ID schematics
  • Experience with setting up, tearing down, and rebuilding machinery
  • Ability to operate Jib cranes, forklifts and aerial work platforms
  • Demonstrated ability using computers and maintenance-related applications
  • Excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools
