Job Summary
This job is a member of the direct care healthcare team and is responsible for providing care to patients and families under the direction of the registered nurse.
Performs general nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, assists with preparation of equipment, and aids clinical providers during treatments.
Collects assessment data, prepares patients for examination, documents clinical information, and reports changes in patient condition to the registered nurse, advanced practice nurse, or physician.
