The Outside Operations staff is the first and last point of contact of members and guests of The Ohio State University Golf Club, making knowledge, hospitality, and customer service of the upmost importance.
Responsibilities include greeting patrons, cleaning and refilling restroom supplies, vacuuming the clubhouse, taking out trash, and reporting any issues encountered to the professional staff.
Additional duties may involve basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and unclogging toilets, as well as cleaning the team building and performing basic maintenance of the range.
