The Corporate Safety Manager is directly responsible for implementing the Health and Safety Program and managing the safety and risk associated with homebuilding and Company operations in multiple states.
The Safety Manager sets the tone for jobsite safety and risk management, leads by example, positively changes in behaviors, and strives to drive safety in the Company culture.
