Key Requirements

  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Experience implementing FDA and GMP regulations
  • Experience leading and developing non-exempt and exempt staff
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence others
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing constraints/Bottlenecks
