Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Fixed-income product knowledge
Trade reconciliation and settlements
Bank loan operations experience
Custodian bank and administrator coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Clearpar and Wall Street Office-Admin
Nice-to-have
Power BI system knowledge
People management and influencing skills
Problem solving and keen eye for breaks
Experience with automation tools like Python
Collaborative and inclusive work environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline
10-12 years investment management operations experience
Experience with bank loan operations and trade settlements per LMA and LSTA standards
Experience working with outsource/offshore service providers
