This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule with 3 in-office days per week in the Southfield, MI Corporate Office, offering flexibility and collaboration.
Success is defined by high client and advisor satisfaction, accurate and timely case resolution, strong communication, and consistent adherence to procedures and quality standards.
