This hands-on role involves coordinating site visits, rostering, training, workload allocation, and acting as a key escalation point for urgent technical issues, including after-hours incidents.
The Team Leader is responsible for guiding their team’s development, onboarding, performance reviews, and service improvement initiatives in a 24/7 clinical environment.
