Axon is seeking a Business Solutions Architect for its Sales Operations team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role involves managing sales systems and enabling platforms to enhance sales productivity and efficiency, while collaborating closely with various departments to drive impactful solutions

Job Summary

  • Own delivery and ongoing product management for critical platforms that support the end-to-end sales lifecycle — from opportunity management and quoting to forecasting, deal execution, and sales analytics.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization, working closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to understand business needs, build strong relationships, and translate them into scalable solutions.
